Lat 35 has partnered with teaming expert and behavioral analyst, Ingrid Wiese, from Axe & Arrow Solutions, to bring you face-to-face with the team behaviors that will make or break your teams performance. This intensive will pinpoint individual team member strengths and develop ongoing and practical tools for change.
This program begins with a team survey and individual leader interviews that will shape every moment of this intensive experience.
